My first quilt!

Hey guys! This is a side quest of mine but I’m working on my first quilt. It’s one that means a lot to me mostly because it’s partially made from an old blanket I got from my grandparents after they passed.

I used this cute pink blanket with the cute ducks for years and years at every sleepover or visit and it started falling apart. I can’t tell you how upset I was about that. But I got some wonderful help from a fancy master quilter in my family and we’re going to try to save what we can, but I’ll be revamping it into a new quilt that will hopefully have more longevity to it.

We went and picked out colors, a pattern and I’ve gotten started! Wish me luck 🤞
